Sparrows Supper clubs offer a unique dining experience, where a seasonally inspired menu of locally sourced and foraged ingredients are presented from top local chef Eliot Craven and his team.

 

The menu is tailored towards creating dishes that come from the natural surroundings of the campsite with an emphasis on cooking over the fire. 

There will be a hand selected range of wines paired with the menu as well as local beers and a welcome seasonal cocktail and canapés on your arrival.

foraging

Before you sit down to eat, fantastic local forager Sam Keating will guide you on a foraging walk around the campsite to discover some of the ingredients that will be used in the menu.

 

Sam makes a point of you coming away with very useable knowledge and skills to apply foraging to your lifestyle in an easy way. You'll be able to easily identify forgeable plants on your doorstep, that you'll be able to incorporate into your own cooking at home for a variety of recipes. 

Hopefully you'll also get some more inspiration from the delicious meal served after the walk too!

To help you settle into your surroundings and dining experience, the incredibly talented Alice Phelps will be serenading you with her beautiful harp playing and then later on after the meal, she will perform in front of the crackling woodland campfire to ease you into the night.
